Copyright: All works are copyright of the credited artist. The works are for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed commercially without permission. It is your responsibility to obtain permission from copyright holders or their agents before a reproduction of works or any other content is made, or this will constitute an infringement of copyright.
Delivery: Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will inform you via email if your chosen item is going to take longer than this.
Availability: If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund you. 
Payment: All transactions are processed via Paypal in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Shipments: via Australia Post in a cardboard tube, unless unable to roll. 
Overseas shipments: may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be borne at the customer expense. We accept no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. Shipment is sent via Austalia Post overseas services. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on any overseas goods.
Archival Prints and dimensions: Unless specified all print works are archival. The dimensions are advertised on the site so please check that you are happy with size of any items prior to ordering.
Damage and Loss: If your work is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing. Notify us immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action. If you have not received your goods within 28 days of our “your goods have been shipped” email, please notify us via email.

Shipping Rates

For purchases of up to five prints, we charge a flat rate for postage and packing depending on your location.
• Shipping within Australia: AUD $15
• Shipping outside of Australia: AUD $40
If you wish to purchase more than five prints, please contact us before placing your order and we will arrange a discounted shipping rate.

Pickup from The Cross Art Projects

If you are in the Sydney metro area, you can also pick up your purchased print(s) from The Cross Art Projects, 8 Llankelly Place, Kings Cross between 11 to 6pm from Thursday to Saturday.  
Choose pick-up from 'shipping' selection choices when entering your details. We will contact you to confirm the time.
